Ingredients:
100g peeled lemon
5g mint leaves
20g sweetener(I used maple syrup)
200g carbonated water or just water
Instruction:
1. Blend lemon and mint with a little amount of water until smooth.
2. strain the mixture.
3. add maple syrup and carbonated water.

材料
皮をむいたレモン 100g
ミントの葉 5g
メープルシロップ 20g
炭酸水もしくは水 200g
作り方
1、レモン、ミント、少量の水をブレンダーにかける。
2、茶こしなどを使用して繊維などを取り除く。
3、メープルシロップと炭酸水を加えて出来上がり。
